Uit de halfzus van Quasimodo en Action Breaker

Jinta VD Bisschop’s sire is Caspar, a son of Cassini I, out of Estia (by Caretino). The dam line of Caspar is a concentration of proven performance blood. Estia performed very well under the sporting names Coba and Cathleen W, respectively under Alois Pollmann-Schweckhorst and Marc Wirths. Ostia, Estia’s grandmother, was successful under the sporting name Frimella when partnered with Alois Pollmann-Schweckhorst.

Caspar belongs to the gallery of the most famous showjumpers. Under his sporting name Eurocommerce Berlin, Caspar won team gold medals during the World Championship in Aachen (2006) and the European Championship in Mannheim (2007). Partnered with Gerco and Wim Schröder, Eurocommerce Berlin collected many victories and honourable placings during international five-star tournaments. Based on his off-spring, Caspar belongs to the best suppliers of showjumping horses in the world.

Jinta has performance blood not only in her sire line, but also in her dam line: BWP performance line 57, out of which several international showjumpers have been born, such as Quasimodo van de Molendreef (David Jobertie and Jaime Azcarraga Romandia), Action-Breaker (Sergio Alvarez Moya), Barchessa van de Dreef (Leopold van Asten), Canabis ‘B’ (Brice Orsolini and Jeremy Le Roy), Fiesta van het Steentje (Pilar Lucrecia Cordon and Luigi Polesello), Crème van ’t Steentje (Valentin Velea and Milena-Maria Pappa) and Eckham van het Steentje (Margie Goldstein-Engle). Quasimodo (‘ambassador’) and Action-Breaker (‘BWP Elite stallion showjumping’) didn’t only cause a furore in top sports, but are also approved as stallions for BWP. Quasimodo is the sire of the showjumper Hello Sanctos van het Gravenhof, current number one in the world ranking!

Last year the seven-year-old Idocus VD Bisschop, a half-brother to Jinta, participated in several 1m30 to 1m40 showjumping classes for young horses in Vejer de la Frontera.

Palmares

Tom De Craene: “The Flanders Mare Auction crew has been lobbying hard to get this mare in the catalogue. I didn’t intend to sell her, but finally admitted. Jinta has already given us three foals which have been sold successfully. She’s been breeding since she was a two-year-old. That’s why she’s never been broken or tested in the sport. Her full sister jumps the National Cyclus in Belgium and seems to be extremely promising.”
