The Holsteiner Codex who jumped with James Peeters on international courses, is today one of the better sons of CarthagoZ in breeding. Not only in Belgium, but internationally one pays high prices for Codex's descendants. On the auction in Fences 2002 the 3-year-old Vagebond was sold for 74.7OO euros and this year a Swiss man paid 32.000 Euros for the 3-year old Alexandre on the same auction.
Brando's damline isn't only dominated by top mare producer Lys de Darmen but from this known marestock also springs sires like Laudon, Luciano, Skyscraper vd Derkes, Sudan, Landrat, Lenz, Warkand's Wonderboy and Galvano who is at the same time dam of the father of the Aachen winner Goldfever (L.Beerbaum,).
Brando's dam Masiana has the BWP-performance label. She herself jumped when she was 9 in the Z-class and did the dressage on the same moment in the Z-2 in LRV.
This young top athlete inherited his young movement potential and excellent jumping qualities not from strangers!

2003

• Verkocht op de BWP Auction Antwerp 2003

2004:

• Als 3-jarige hengst voor een topbedrag verkocht op de gerenommeerde veiling Fences in november 2004.

2005:

• Brando weet zich als vierjarige, na een succesvolle Franse cyclus, te plaatsen voor La Grande Semaine de l’Elevage in Fontainebleau. Hij loopt hier alle omlopen correct en krijgt het SF-predicaat “Excellent” toegekend.

2006:

• In 2006 loopt Brando als vijfjarige een schitterende cyclus in Frankrijk met 12 foutloze parcoursen op 14 deelnames.
• Hij weet zich dan ook moeiteloos te klasseren voor La Grande Semaine de l’Elevage in Fontainebleau.
• In Fontainebleau blijft hij foutloos in de twee kwalificatieronden op donderdag en vrijdag waardoor hij zich zonder moeite van een plaatsje verzekert voor de grote finale op zondag.
• De Codex-zoon weet zich daar, te midden van heel wat zware SF-concurrentie, in de top van zijn jaargang te nestelen.

2008:

• Zeer succesvol in Duitsland onder het zadel van Alexandra Marowsky
• Diverse overwinningen en ereplaatsen in M**-springen en in Internationale Youngster Cup

2009:

• Diverse ereplaatsen in M** en S*-springen met amazone A. Marowsky
• Beste klasseringen in Escon Spring Club Tour o.a. op CSI****Frankfurt en overwinning te Nörten-Hardenberg

2010:

• Zeer succesvol in Duitsland in Springprüfungen Klasse S* met zijn nieuwe ruiter Hans Josef Gemein.
